How are we to handle Tibet travel permit

All those tourists who come to Tibet with foreign passport and card of Taiwan compatriots need to choose tour itinerary, transportation that goes into and out of Lhasa and time in advance, then photographing the page of the passport which contains tourist’s photo, and the first page of visa, and then send email, electronic version of QQ or fax to us. When we make certificate for you, we need to tell them your tour itinerary. When you arrive in Lhasa, you will visit the Tibet according to the approved tour itinerary; the whole itinerary must be arranged by our travel agency. Your tour only can be arranged independently. We need to use express to mail the Entry letter of Tibet to you , so you have to provide your address in detail for us. It will takes seven days (it means after the time we receive your passport copy or scanned electronic version), the visa must be tourist visa, F visa is work visa, it must be approved by the working company.

You first discuss, if you want to get the entry letter of Tibet, you need to send us the first page of your passport and the page which contains your photo, two pages in total. When we get it done, we will send it to you through the internet, and then you have to pay 5ooRMB/person in advance. Only when we receive the scanned picture of your advance payment, and confirm it, can we express the original Entry letter of Tibet to you, and then you can take a train or plane to Lhasa .

Tips: now the government has cancelled the provision that people from Hong Kong, Macao must provide ratification of travel to Tibet.
